Copyright Pledge

As a WR1 platform user or Channel Holder (“WR1er”) you may not ‘WR1’, distribute or otherwise disseminate any material or content over the Service in any manner that constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights.

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, WR1 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the WR1 platform services provided to any WR1er who WR1 reasonably believes to be infringing third party copyright or other intellectual property rights.

This policy is in addition to and does not affect or modify any other rights that WR1 may have under law or contract.

If a copyright holder believes in good faith that materials being hosted on your WR1 Channel or otherwise stored on its network infringe on its rights, the copyright holder (or its agent) may send WR1 notification in accordance with the requirements set forth in the DMCA, requesting that WR1 remove or block access to the infringing material. WR1 will also offer the full channel detail provided in accordance to laws and regulations, as WR1 bears no liability for the use of your channel.

Be sure that all components of your content are your original creation or right – even the audio portion. For example, if you use an audio track of a sound recording owned by a record label without that record label’s permission, your content may be infringing the copyrights of others, and may be subject to removal and further claims.

WR1 bears no liability on your channel operation, WR1s, uploads; and should you disregard the terms and conditions set forth you will be held liable by WR1 and any aggrieved third-parties. So please WR1 lawfully.
